What is a "sales enquiry"?
If someone is interested in the equipment you have listed on Glopak they will send an enquiry via the website. Once we have checked the enquiry for spam and irregularities we will send it on to you in the form of an email. We call this a sales enquiry.
How many sales enquiries am I likely to receive?
This largely depends on how how many separate equipment listings you have on the glopak.co.za website and how much demand there is from potential customers. If you’re in doubt, simply sign up to the Sales Free plan so you can measure how many sales enquiries you are likely to receive each month
What happens if I receive fewer enquiries than expected?
You stay on the glopak system until you recieved the enquiries you payed for.
Do I have to pay any commission if I make a sale?
No. We do not charge any commission if you make a sale.
Can I upgrade my membership plan?
Yes. If you are receiving more than the maximum number of sales enquiries allowed in your plan we will ask you if you would like to upgrade to the next level. You are under no obligation to upgrade. For example, you can stay on the Sales Free for as long as you like.
If I sign up to a paid plan do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Glopak membership plans are pay as you go.
How do you ensure the quality of the sales enquiries?
Each customer enquiry is passed through a two stage filtering process:
An automated filter identifies spam or non-genuine enquiries
A member of the Glopak team assesses the enquiry and looks for a range of negative indicators (e.g. fraud signals, inaccurate data etc)
Naturally we cannot guarantee every sales enquiry will lead to a sale. But if you are ever dissatisfied with a sales enquiry you receive from us we will refund the cost without question.
