Construction & Material
Complete Solution in Pet Bottling Designed for a wide range of product size with complete stainless steel base structure to avoid any corrosion. All parts coming in contact with product/water are made of S.S 304/316 (absolute food grade), Even the center column assembly, shaft & shaft housing is also made of S.S. 304. Drip free filling valves as per international standard.
Control Panel
Control panel features are user friendly with simplified controls. Equipped with standard make variable frequency drive to protect machine from any hazard with fault display screen & fault diagnostic system, makes an ease to operator for any trouble shooting & keeps maintenance down to minimum.

Unique Features
Machine is suitable & could be used for any shape & size ranging between 0.1L to 2.0L, and changeover could be done within 5 minutes. bottle travels on neck to neck from in-feed till out-feed resulting scratch free movement of bottle. CARBONATOR / INTERMIX
Automatic De aerator, pre carbonator & Carbonator / Soda making plant :
Construction Details :
The carbonator is a fully automatic machine with automatic water level and Co2 pressure controls. The de aeration, pre carbonation and carbonator tanks, pipes and all parts coming in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The carbonation and pre carbonation tanks are insulated to avoid temperature loss. The gauge glass is provided on the tanks for level indications. The base of the machine is also made of stainless steel. All electrical and electronic controls are made of standard company

Operation :
The water is taken to the first tank, where the de aeration is done. The water is then circulated through the P.H.E. of the chiller. This chilled water is then taken to the pre carbonation tank by S.S. pump, where the Co2 atmosphere is maintained. The pre carbonated water is then taken to the carbonation tank by the high pressure pump, where a desired pressure of Co2 (up to 6.5 Kg/cm2) is maintained. The water is given a sliding path where the Co2 gets disolved in to the water. The desired gas volume is maintained automatically by the Co2 pressure controls and water flow / temperature. The water levels in all the three tanks are controlled by automatic water level controls. The out let of the carbonator is connected with the filler by S.S. pipes.

Operation :

The water is then taken to the proportionate water holding tank and the syrup is taken to the proportionate syrup holding tank in 1:5 ratio. Then the automatic control, transfer the water and syrup to the beverage tank, where the mixing takes place. The beverage is then circulated through the P.H.E. of the chiller for chilling the beverage up to 4 deg. Cent. The pre carbonated beverage is then taken to the carbonation tank by the high pressure pump, where a desired pressure of Co2 (up to 6.5 Kg/cm2) is maintained. The water is given a sliding path where the Co2 gets dissolved in to the water. The desired gas volume is maintained by the Co2 pressure controls and water flow / temperature.
