Stand up pouches using a variety of laminated material, which can be filled either manually or on semi-automatic filling lines.

The machine range for filling and capping pre-made pouches with corner or centre spout as well as side gusset bags with spout has been designed for the user peace of mind and a hygienic high quality production.
These machines are suitable for a wide variety of liquid and viscous products such as food and beverage, detergents, cosmetics, chemical products, etc.
The 3000 is a very versatile version with a wide pouch size range.
An intermittent rotary table transports the pouches by the spout through stations where they are filled and capped:
loading: In semi-automatic operation, the pouches are fed by the operator; the machine then handles the filling, capping and discharge operations. A rack system that can hold up to 100 pouches can be attached to the feeding station for automatic operation.
The diving nozzle sits on the spout to ensure an air tight seal during filling for a proper pouch expansion. The dosing pump is placed externally to the machine for easy cleaning.
placing: The caps are fed by a vibratory sorter to a chute that places the cap accurately on the spout.
screwing: The cap is tightened by a rotating capping head with adjustable speed and torque.
discharge: The pouches are discharged on a chute for delivery to a conveyor or a collection table.
of rejected pouches(optional): To reduce machine stoppage, faulty pouches can be collected on a short railing.

Doypack Filling Machine
The model is a simplified version to the standup pouch machine. For a cost saving approach to bagging pre-made bags, this entry level packaging machine offers a wide variety of applications. It can also be interfaced with other equipments for use with turnkey lines. The machine uses multiple detection sensors used at various points in the cycle to ensure correct bag placement. Suction cups are used to open the pre-made bags and the chute lowers allowing accurate product dump into the bag. The sealing bar has a temperature readout with adjustment for temperature control. The operation is simple and effective for all small to medium packaging applications.

BAG LOADING
The process starts with up to 300 empty pouches being placed into the adjustable cartridge. Bags
can be loaded while the machine is in operation
BAG DETECTION
Multiple bag detection switches are used at various points in the cycle to ensure correct bag placement and full bag opening. Should a
reject bag be detected it is ejected from the machine and the process continues. Rejected bags can be inspected by the operator and
re-used if good.
BAG OPENING
Pouches are individually removed from the cartridge with a unique combination of vacuum and pneumatic actuators. They are rotated to
the fill area and opened.
TRANSITION CHUTE
doubling as a timing bucket. product enters the transition chute while the bag is being opened below. Upon pouch detection the chute
enters the bag and opens its gate. Product is dispensed immediately, without spillage and protecting the seal from contamination.
