1. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

Project Scope: Supply and installation of an oil bottling Line with capacity minimum of 250L/h (or at least 1000 bottles per hour of 250ml bottles). Stock keeping units 250ml and 500ml glass bottles (round and square), 1 L square bottles.

INPAKT MODEL: Automatic High-Vacuum Filling and Capping Monoblock, In-line labeller for self-adhesive labels. All complete with suitable change parts.

Foods Suitability Certificate

The machines supplied are suitable for food contact according to EU legislation disciplined EC Regulation 1935/2004 and 2006/2023 I EC – Good manufacturing practices for contact with foods. All the parts in contact with the product are in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. The gaskets / seals are in HITEC NBR 7.10-02 or Silicone. We do not take responsibility in case the machine is used not in conformity with the washing and sterilizing procedures as mentioned in the instruction manual.

3. EQUIPMENT DETAIL

Automatic High-Vacuum Filling and Capping Monoblock

The monobloc is including:

  • Rotary filling turret with 8 valves for high vacuum filling system
  • Single-head capping turret for aluminium screw caps

The machine is equipped with:

  • All-around safety guarding according to EEC laws
  • Star wheels sets for square glass bottles
  • Machine base-frame completely cladded in stainless steel foil plate
  • The components that for technical reasons can’t be realized in stainless steel have been
  • specially treated for long-life (anti-rust treatment)
  • Electronic speed change by inverter with manual adjustment by potentiometer

  • Both infeed and outfeed star wheels set are provided with safety micro-switches for
  • stopping the machine with broken or fallen bottles

  • High Vacuum filling turret – 8 filling valves
    • Gaskets and all plastic components in contact with the product are made of special material ideal for use with food products
    • Tank designed for complete discharging of all liquid residuum
    • Filling valves as well as all parts in contact with the filling liquid are made of stainless steel 304.
    • The product minimum and maximum level inside the tank is controlled by a double probe system, providing an electric signal to the product infeed pump.
    • Control panel predisposed with connection for the product feeding pump
    • Mechanical height adjustment of the filling turret, to fit different bottle
