Frozen Peas Processing & Packaging Line – 5000kg per day / 1kg bags

SCOPE OF PRODUCTION

FROZEN BEAN PROCESS – 5 tons per day – 1kg bags

  1. Grading and loose particle sieving.
  2. Inspection conveyor – Manual inspection
  3. Washing (1): bubble washer –  belt feed to soaking tanks: Conveyor System: to transport the washed legumes from the washer to the soaking tanks, with screw incline conveyor
  4. Soaking tanks with CIP spay balls and agitators –elevated about 1 meter above the ground (24-hour soaking) –removing of the beans with auger screw into cooking pots –
  5. Steam cooker with steam generator (Tilt pots) straight after soaking, into tilting cooking pots – from here manually removed and transported to the cooling system using perf baskets & trollies.
  6. Water cooler tunnel, to bring temperature down quickly (before freezing) rapidly cooled down to below 15 degree Celsius and dewatering to remove any water droplets before freezing
  7. Bast Continuous Freezer– From cooler, beans move directly into the freezer
  8. Auto packing machine (plastic in roll format), it will be VFFS machine with multihead weigher) with nitrogen dosing – packing to be done in the temperature-controlled room
  9. Check weigher & Metal detector – After packaging, the bags get sent through the check weigher and metal detector for final inspection.
  10. And then final storage in Freezer room to hold finished stock – 5000x1kg bags per day – (not included)
  11. Transport racks for cooked beans – from blancher to cooling system – from freezer to bagging machine.
