Features
- Siemens PLC with easy to use touch screen control panel system with OMRON switch.
- The piston mechanism is driven using Panasonic Servo Motor and supported using FESTO cylinder and BANNER Sensor.
- Shut off nozzle to optimise the filling operation with no drip fill nozzles.
- 99% filling precision and all parts in contact with filling material is made of stainless steel 316L to meet cGMP standard.
- Optional diving nozzle is available to prevent bubble during filling process.
- Chuck capping head and capable to handle both plastic and aluminum cap.
- Panasonic Cap motor with Vibrating cap loading system.
- Easy to adjust from one bottle and cap size to another type.
- No bottle no filling and no bottle no capping mechanism.
