Technical characteristics:
" All packaging procedures such as bag- making, measuring, filling, selling, cutting and counting are finished automatically
" Controller can be set either under set length control or photo electronic colour tracing. The bag length and cut is set in one step, this saves time and film.
" With quadruple heat-control, each sealing track temperature can be adjusted separately, creating a consistent heat balance and a seal, suitable for a wide range of packing material.
" The machine is equipped with cursor ACS (automatic control system) creating an accurate pattern and cutting position.
" Adopts a swing pan volume cup devise for adjusting measurement. This series packs granular products such as seasoning, monosodium glutamate, sugar, tea, coffee, pepper, seed etc. It has an advanced vibrating counting device, multiple-direction vibrating. The amplitude can be adjusted steplessly according to material size. The counting plate has six working positions.
" All parts in contact with the material are made with stainless steal or non toxic materials. Side open shield cover for safe observation.
" The machine has a very low power consumption and is easy to maintain
" The position stop function insures the heat sealer is always in the open position when the machine stops working , preventing packing film, materials and sealers from burning.
" Applicable materials should be composite films like: PET/PE,PET/AL/PE,OPP/PE.
" Optional: Ribbon printer, air expeller devise, line sealing or terminal sealing, knocking devise on bag former.
