Technical features

• High temperature and non stick L bar sealing knife, no smoke or burnt plastic. Sealed part is tidy and clean.

• Conveyor belt is adjustable for speed.

• There is a manual/auto switch. When choosing automatic the whole sealing action is controlled by a cylinder automatically with a fast packing speed.

• Safety protection device is set on the sealer, in case of the sealing knife contacting hands.

Technical features of shrink tunnel

• Saves the high temperature on the heating wire, the fan circulates air inside the tunnel increasing the temperature very fast with small amount of heat loss.

• Output can reach to 20000-30000per day.

• Conveyor rollers are covered by silica tubes, which guarantee a long life.

• Triple hot insolate layers make sure the average power is only 4-5kw.

• Conveyor speed is controllable in 1-10m per minute.

• Suitable for PVC, POF, PP film's.
