Scope of Application
Used for packing beverage, beer, mineral water, pop-top cans and glass bottles etc, with a tray or a carton.


Technical features
GPK-6030A+GPK-6040 Auto Sleeve Wrapper is designed for single products or products with a tray. The sealing machine can be connected with a production line and with its auto feeding, film wrapping, sealing & cutting, shrinking & cooling you do not need an operator. There are different packing modes: 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 , 20 or 24 bottles in each pack.



Basic parts

• GPK-6030AH has an imported advanced technology and artwork, ensures the machine's stability and reliability;
• The machine can pack 2, 3 or 4 rows of bottles with or without a tray, just switching on to a required packing mode.
• Adopts the worm gear reducer, ensures the stable conveying and film feeding.
• Specially designed sealing cutter LFPOM durable conveying belt, results in perfect sealing line, avoiding the film form sticking to the cutter.
• You can choose a feeding device according to different bottles.
• Module type design, change to a related S/S module panel when pack different bottles.
• The conveying belt can be set on the left or right side according to the customer's needs.
• GPK-6040AH has double blowing motors to insure the hot air inside the tunnel is circulated evenly, and the shrink effect is more compact.
• The adjustable hot air guide flow frame inside the tunnel makes for more energy saving.
• Choose from solid steel roller coved silicone gel pipe or chain conveying, or durable silicone gel.
• The cooling system ensures the quick cooling and forming after shrinking packing.
• We can connect an aluminium roller table with the shrink tunnel for loading the products after shrinking.
