Technical features
GPK-6030A+GPK-6040 Auto Sleeve Wrapper is designed for single products or products with a tray. The sealing machine can be connected with a production line and with its auto feeding, film wrapping, sealing & cutting, shrinking & cooling you do not need an operator.


Basic parts

• The film feeding is controlled by sensors lowering the waist of film.
• The imported Omron digital temperature controller ensures the accuracy of the temperature.
• The imported Sick sensors from Germany induce the product.
• The stepless mechanical speed controller adjusts the conveying speed.,
• It has a specially designed sealing cutter, resulting in a perfect sealing line, avoids the film sticking to the cutter.
• The conveying belt can be set on the left or right side according to the customer's request.
• GPK-6040A has double blowing motors to assure the hot air inside the tunnel is even, and the shrink effect is more compact.
• The adjustable hot air guide flow frame inside the tunnel makes for more energy savings.
• You have a choice of a solid steel roller coved silicone gel pipe or chain conveying, or durable silicone gel.
• Taian transducer controls for conveying speed, stepless speed control.
