Description
SUGAR BIG BAGGING MACHINE
SEMI-AUTOMATIC BULK WEIGHING STITCHING SYSTEM
Bag fill weighing & stitching machine INP-T840
2 x Pneumatic valve gates and Y type connections to packing machine
From the photo, the silo outlet distance from ground is not very high. So, it will need conveyors to connect the two silos and then conveying up to the packing machine.
If you the two silos were higher, it’s easy for the two silos to feed the one packing machine, using one triple connection.
3.3 meters below the silos in total.

Drawing not 100% to scale
Silo 1 is in operation already
Silo 2 and 3 is for you yes
Have you got enough info or do you need more? Will it be possible to have one weighing and stitching machine serving both the silos?
For the triple connections, generally the users can make it at site after the packing machine installation. If want us to provide it, then we will weed the distance from silo outlet central to central size.
Because it’s 3.3m high from the silo outlet to floor, there is no need for conveyor, just a triple pile will be okay
I am not sure what you mean by a triple pile? Is that just a chute? How is the flow stopped?
To install a valve gate on the silo outlet, can be pneumatic type valve or slide plate, Pneumatic type is automatically working, integrated controlled by the packing machine, slide plate needs to be opened manually.
For the two pneumatic valve gates and the Y type connections to the packing machine, with automatic control system to give the correct drawing, it will need the distance from silo outlet central to central size, then we can determine the angles of the Y type feeding to the packing machine
Example coming out of 3 silos.
