1. Brief introduction
The device is integrated structural design. The hoses and threads are properly sealed. Its
small volume is for easy movement, installation and maintanence. The materials for the
device are corrosion-resistant, reinforced plastics, nickel-alumimum bronze, to solve the
water corrosion problem.
The system is used to purify the water TDS under 2000ppm and the permeated water after
treated can drink directly.

2. Design basis
The raw water is tap water, municipal water supply (TDS:<2000ppm)
Permeate output: optional according to the requirement (25 Degrees Celsius)
Sea water input temperature 4Degrees Celsius ~ 45Degrees Celsius
Permeate output qualit: TDS< 600 -700 ppm, WHO direct drinking standard.
Power supply: 220V/110V,50/60Hz

3. Technical route and flow diagram instructions
G2T Series-RO water treatment device is the only RO system with CE certification.
GLS & GMC Series-RO water treatment device include pre-treatment and RO system.The technical route is as following.

Seawater Desalinaiton System

materials for the device are corrosion-resistant, such as 316SS, reinforced
plastics, nickel-alumimum bronze, to solve the sea water corrosion problem.

2. Design basis
The raw water is sea water (TDS: 36000ppm)
Permeate output: optional according to the requirement (25 Degrees Celsius)
Sea water input temperature: 4 ~45 Degrees Celsius
Permeate output quality: TDS<600-700 ppm, WHO direct drinking standard.
Power supply: 220V/110V,50/60Hz

3. Technical route and flow diagram instructions
Sea water RO desalination device is composed of pre-treatment and RO desalination, etc.
The technical route is as following.
Raw tank-->booster pump-->acid dosing-->bag filter-->anti-scalant dosing-->sediment
filter-->high pressure pump-->RO desalination device-->permeate tank

The system can be redesigned according to the customer’s requirement

Brackishwater Desalination System

We design different systems according to feed water quality and required capacity, the B2K
series are applicable to the raw water with salt content 5000ppm-15000ppm.The device is
integrated structural design. The hoses and threads are properly sealed. Its compact design,
small volume is for easy movement, installation and maintanence. The materials for the
device are corrosion-resistant, such as 316SS, reinforced plastics,
nickel-alumimum bronze, to solve the sea water corrosion problem.

The raw water is brackish water: (TDS: 5000---15000ppm)
Permeate output: optional(1500GPD---13000GPD) according to the requirement (25 Degrees Celsius)
Sea water input temperature: 4~45 Degrees Celsius
Permeate output quality: TDS.600-700 ppm, WHO direct drinking standard.
