Technical features
- High temperature and sticky free L bar sealing knife, sealing action is smoke & burn free, the sealed parts are tidy and clean.
- Teflon on the sealing knife.
- After sealing, the packaged product goes into the shrink tunnel automatically by the conveyor belt.
- Conveyor belt speed is adjustable.
- Sealing time is controlled accurately by time delay.
- Adjustable film layer with needle device, it is able to fit different size film, max 550mm
- The whole sealing action is controlled by cylinder automatically, with fast packing speed.
- Fitted with double start button for safety precaution to keep hands away from the sealing area.
- Safety protection device is set on the sealer, in case hands get in the way of the sealing knife.
- Emergency button to stop machine immediately for dangerous situations.
- Suitable for PVC, POF, PP film's using.
