Technical features

• Integrated sealing and shrinking in one step.

• Transparent hood makes the sealing and shrinking visible.

• Glass fiber cutler's isolator and nickel alloy cutter in order to result in perfect sealing line, to avoid the film sticking the cutter. It has a special roller with a pin to make small holes on the film.

• Does not become over hot after a long period of operation.

• PPS thermostable cutter clip to bear heavy tension after long periods of operation

• The height of the package supporting mesh inside the chamber can be adjusted for different sizes of products.

• Assembled castors with brake on the bottom of supporting base, to move and fix the machine freely.

• GPK-5540A is equipped with a stainless steel conveying mesh with adjustable height transporting the products from the sealing and shrinking automatically, this increase the packing capacity by double.

Scope of Application

• This machine is widely used for outside shrink packing by film, such as foodstuff, beverage, pharmacy, video disc, hardware, cosmetics, book, toy and electronic products etc;
