Technical features
GPK-5545TBD fully automatic side sealer, widely used in large quantity packaging, with automatic in feed, conveying, bagging, sealing and shrinking, it has a high work efficiency, its sealing size is easly adjusted.
The sealing part adopts a vertical drive. Sealing interface is also vertical drive which can overcome the wrinkle from auto "L" sealer, the sealing line is not in the middle of the product and can achieve the excellent effect.
The machine has an advanced PLC, with safety protection and an alarm device, this ensures continuous sealing action, with simple maintenance.
Film in feeding length is controlled by an electric eye and timer, accurate control makes better shrinking.
There are horizontal and vertical electric eyes, easy to switchover, and also easy to pack thin and small products.
Auto remaining film reeling controlled by one motor, the remaining film will not break even if the film is too loose or too tight.
To pack different size products the sealing cutter's up and down movement is controlled by a motor , the operator just needs to press a button.
It can include the product's height, so that can increase the packing speed a lot.
GPK-5030LX adopts a down blowing system, and air force is controlled by a frequency inverter.
Conveyor is controlled by a frequency inverter, conveying speed is adjustable.
Scope of Application:
Suitable for large quantity shrink wrapping industries such as CD, DVD, Cosmetics, Electronics, printed matter, colour box, Greetings card, album, picture frame, aluminium pieces, and wooden products.
