SCOPE OF PRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

FROZEN BEAN PROCESS \u2013 5 tons per day \u2013 1kg bags<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Grading and loose particle sieving.<\/li>\n
  2. Inspection conveyor \u2013 Manual inspection<\/li>\n
  3. Washing (1): bubble washer \u2013 \u00a0belt feed to soaking tanks: Conveyor System: to transport the washed legumes from the washer to the soaking tanks, with screw incline conveyor<\/li>\n
  4. Soaking tanks with CIP spay balls and agitators \u2013elevated about 1 meter above the ground (24-hour soaking) \u2013removing of the beans with auger screw into cooking pots \u2013<\/li>\n
  5. Steam cooker with steam generator (Tilt pots) straight after soaking, into tilting cooking pots \u2013 from here manually removed and transported to the cooling system using perf baskets & trollies.<\/li>\n
  6. Water cooler tunnel, to bring temperature down quickly (before freezing) rapidly cooled down to below 15 degree Celsius and dewatering to remove any water droplets before freezing<\/li>\n
  7. Bast Continuous Freezer\u2013 From cooler, beans move directly into the freezer<\/li>\n
  8. Auto packing machine (plastic in roll format), it will be VFFS machine with multihead weigher) with nitrogen dosing \u2013 packing to be done in the temperature-controlled room<\/u> \u2013<\/li>\n
  9. Check weigher & Metal detector \u2013 After packaging, the bags get sent through the check weigher and metal detector for final inspection.<\/li>\n
  10. And then final storage in Freezer room to hold finished stock \u2013 5000x1kg bags per day \u2013 (not included)<\/li>\n
  11. Transport racks for cooked beans \u2013 from blancher to cooling system \u2013 from freezer to bagging machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
